A federal judge has ordered the government to explain why immigration officials arrested 23-year-old Daniel Ramirez Medina, who is protected from deportation under President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. Ramirez is being held on the Tacoma Tideflats at the Northwest Detention Center.
