Now, the Texas Department of Transportation has unveiled a life-size sculpture reminding people to buckle up. The sculpture is a recreation of the crash that killed a 16-year-old Kaliee Mills. It’s a similar car in a roll over crash. Everyone else in the car survived. They were wearing seat belts.
