The Western North Carolina AIDS Project (WNCAP) will present portions of the famous AIDS Memorial Quilt from Monday, June 17 through Saturday, June 22 at the Asheville Masonic Temple (80 Broadway Street, Asheville, NC, 28801). Dozens came out to an emotional event held Friday night at Asheville–Buncombe Technical Community College. WLOS. Mission Health held its annual National Cancer Survivor's Day event. There was live music, food and speeches from survivors. The goal is to celebrate cancer survivors and honor all those impacted by cancer.
