A vehicle pursuit in Santa Ana Wednesday ended with a collision that injured the suspect and four other people, Santa Ana Police Department Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said.
At around 4:10 a.m., officers tried to stop a vehicle after noticing unspecified code violations. The suspect, identified as Luis Enrique Ortiz, did not yield and a pursuit ensued westbound on 17th Street toward the City of Garden Grove, Bertagna said.
